Quarterwave manufactures a Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) line of products that range in power from 5 Watts CW to 50 kW pulsed. These products cover the frequency range from 1 GHz to 96 GHz, dependent upon the availability of a TWT. The CW amplifiers are typically in octave bandwidths; pulsed amplifiers cover multi-octave and narrow band frequency ranges. These ranges reflect the current product lines in production by the various TWT manufacturers.

Custom products are considered on an individual basis. We have listed our popular TWTA's categorized by Octave Bandwidth Power Levels. Within a category, Narrow Bandwidth models generally deliver more RF power, and Wide Bandwidth models generally deliver less power. Frequency coverage is listed within each power level.
